        2. Before going to work, the operator must wear work clothes, tighten the cuffs, prohibit long hair, wear slippers, skirts, and jewelry to operate the machine.
        3. Before starting each machine, first check whether the photoelectric protection switch of the cutter is normal and reliable. First try the empty knife three times, observe the return of the knife, and find that the switch is strictly prohibited. It can only be used after professional maintenance.
        4. Before starting, add lubricating oil to all lubricating points of the machine. Attention must be paid to the surrounding environment and whether anyone is performing other maintenance work on the machine.
        5. Check the operation of the machine, the centralized lubrication system, the emergency stop button at each part, and whether the safety device is normal.
        6. It is strictly prohibited to put tools and other objects on the top of the paper cutter (such as steel ruler, wrench, screwdriver).
        7. When installing or removing the paper cutting blade, manual operation should be used, and the switch should be switched to the position of the tool change switch only after the main motor is completely stopped. It is strictly prohibited to jog the tool change.
        8. When adjusting the depth of the cutting blade of the paper cutter, the cutting blade should be adjusted up first, then carefully adjust the depth of the rubber strip from shallow to deep.
        9. After the blade edge is blunt, the blade should be replaced immediately. Do not continue to use it to avoid overloading the machine and causing damage to the machine parts.
        10. The pressure adjustment of the paper press of the paper cutter is not allowed to be greater than 60kg / cm2. (Generally around 45 is enough)
        11. It is forbidden to extend the arm into the knife door after the power of the cutter is turned on. If there is a fault, it is strictly forbidden to grab the paper by hand. The machine should be stopped immediately. The control part of the paper cutter must be checked frequently. The machine is not allowed to have a little knife at any time. If a fault is found, it must be stopped immediately to check the cause and find a professional maintenance person to repair it.
        12. When checking, adjusting and maintaining the paper cutter, the car must be locked or the main power supply should be turned off if necessary.
        13. It is strictly prohibited to remove the safety protection device of the paper cutter.
        14. Do a good job in daily maintenance of the paper cutter.
        15. It is forbidden to operate the paper cutter while drunk or sick, and two persons are forbidden to operate at the same time.
