The paper cutter is a common machine in the paper manufacturing industry, and its types and models are more dazzling, but the structure is generally similar. The components that constitute the paper cutter are mainly such as: base, cutter, cutting table, side Gauges, back gauges, blades, and paper presses. The cutter is undoubtedly an extremely important part for the paper cutter. The cutter is generally long and heavy and is located in front of the cutter. It is fixed on the knife holder and completes the cutting work when it slides toward the base. The angle and material of the blade should be selected and adjusted according to the nature of the material being cut. The blade is another important part of the paper cutter. It is located in a groove above the paper cutting table, directly below the cutter. The role of the blade is to prevent the cutter from colliding with the metal paper cutting table after cutting through the paper stack, otherwise the cutter will easily become dull or even broken. The side gauge and rear stop gauge are used to adjust the position of the paper stack before cutting, and position the paper stack under the cutter accurately. The side gauge is a fixed font, and the backstop rule can be moved, and it can also be adjusted according to the length of the cutter. The paper press is a metal block parallel to the cutting knife. The paper press has two functions: the air in the paper stack is discharged before cutting; the paper stack is firmly fixed in place during the cutting process. The paper cutting table is the working table of the paper cutting machine. Generally speaking, the paper cutting table requires high precision in flatness and straightness, and good rigidity to ensure the smooth progress of paper pushing and cutting to ensure the cutting accuracy.
