The premise of high cutting quality is that the paper cutter is in an ideal state. In order to ensure the normal operation of the paper cutter, reduce friction loss, ensure the accuracy of the equipment, and prolong the service life of the equipment, the printing enterprise must use the paper cutter reasonably and properly maintain and maintain it.
        (1) Before starting work (continue work after changing shifts or stopping halfway), check the main parts of the paper cutter and add lubricant.
        (2) After the end of each shift, the cutter should be cleaned, the exposed friction surface should be wiped clean and lubricated.
        (3) Under normal two-shift working conditions, the paper cutter should be cleaned and inspected every two weeks.
        (4) If the paper cutter needs to be shut down for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a plastic cover to cover the whole machine.
        (5) If the paper cutter is disabled for more than 3 months, the anti-rust oil should also be covered with anti-moisture paper.

        (6) When inspecting and disassembling the cutter, it is forbidden to use inappropriate tools and unscientific operation methods.
